to be flexible and accommodating, while also ensuring fairness and integrity in

Before Shipment:
- If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact
our customer service team as soon as possible.
- We will make every effort to cancel your order and process a
full refund, provided it has not yet been packaged and prepared for shipping.
- Please note that some orders may be processed and shipped within
a short timeframe, so it's essential to act quickly if you need to cancel.
Ready to Ship (But Not Yet Shipped):
- If your order is marked as "Ready to Ship" but has not
yet been dispatched, we may still be able to cancel it.
- Please contact our customer service team, and we will attempt to
cancel the order and process a full refund.
- Please note that this is not always possible, as our shipping
team may have already prepared the order for dispatch.
After Shipment:
- Once an order has been shipped, it is your ethical
responsibility to receive the order.
- If you wish to return an unopened and unused product, please

- Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds for
orders that have been shipped and are in transit.
Refunds:
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7
business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Exceptions:
- We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if we
suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our policies.
